As such, we operate on a no returns policy for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or changes of mind. In the rare event of a defective item or a production error on our part (e.g., misprint, damage upon arrival), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.
