We prohibit the use of our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The user must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.

We retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We acknowledge that content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over networks.
We explicitly prohibit the reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the service or content without express written permission from blundr chess.
6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
We may, at oour sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
The user agrees to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. This is crucial for shipping.
7. Products or Services
Print-on-Demand (POD): blundr chess products are "made to order" or "print-on-demand."
Product Representation: Mock up images of products are displayed on our website, using the same designs as are printed. While we endeavour to ensure these match the final print products, we cannot guarantee an exact match or likeness.
Colour Accuracy Disclaimer: Crucially, while we make every effort to display the colours and images of your products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.
Size Guides: Customers must check size guides carefully.
Pricing: Prices for products are subject to change without notice.
Availability: Products are subject to availability.
8. Order Acceptance, Cancellations, Shipping & Delivery
Order Acceptance: An order is accepted or placement of the order, not upon later confirmation of shipment.
No Cancellations: Once an order is placed and sent to production, it cannot be cancelled or modified. This is because our items are custom-made for each customer.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
You the customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. blundr chess is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. blundr chess is not is not responsible for re-shipping costs in this scenario.
blundrchess operates under DDP for EU customers, who should not experience unexpected duties/taxes applied to their order.
The customer is responsible for being available to receive each order package, or for making arrangements for its safe receipt (e.g., providing delivery instructions, collecting from a depot).
If a package is genuinely lost in transit after being dispatched by us but before it reaches the customer, we will usually offer to reprint and reship the order at no additional cost to you, or provide a refund for the product and shipping. However, we will require a waiting period (e.g., 30 days) before declaring a package officially "lost”.
If the product arrives damaged due to poor packaging or carrier mishandling, we will accept responsibility and offer a refund or replacement. Damage to the product must be reported by the customer within 7 days of receipt to blundr chess, via email, verified using photos clearly showing the damage. It is at blundrchess’s discretion to decide if damage can be clearly seen in such photos, and therefore to accept liability.

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, blundr chess does not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or simply changing one's mind.

Our webiste may provide access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control.
We make no warranties regarding such tools.

Our website may contain links that may direct visitors and customers to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy.

All comments, feedback, or other submissions from users we be reviewed, and we reserve the right to reply.
We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove content we deem inappropriate.
